1. Free use
Toji Leon grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to
install and use this version of DeckCoderAI for personal, educational,
non-profit and commercial purposes. You may keep backup copies. There is
no subscription, activation fee or time limit for using this version.
External AI tools and services are separate and may charge their own fees.

2. Application ownership and distribution
DeckCoderAI is proprietary software. This licence does not grant access to
the private development repository or permission to distribute a modified
application, sell copies, sublicense the application, or use its branding
to imply endorsement. You may share official download links. Except where
applicable law or a third-party licence permits, you may not redistribute
the application or reverse engineer it. Rights not granted are reserved.

3. Your presentations and exported content
You retain your rights in your own content. You may create, edit, copy,
publish, distribute and sell presentations and exports made with the app.
You may use, modify and distribute the DeckCoderAI-authored sample scenes,
templates, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and playback/authoring helpers supplied
for inclusion in those presentations, including in commercial work.
This permission does not extend to redistribution of the desktop app.
You are responsible for rights to third-party content you use.

4. Third-party components
Third-party software, fonts, images and other assets remain subject to
their own licences and notices. Those terms control the relevant components
and are not restricted by this licence. Preserve required notices when
sharing assets or exported content. See THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt and the
component notices included with the application and presentation assets.

5. Beta status and support
This is beta software. Features, compatibility and future releases may
change. Keep backups and rehearse before a live presentation. This licence
does not promise future updates, support response times or compatibility
with future operating systems. A later release may have different terms;
that does not change the permissions granted for this version.

6. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided as is, without
additional warranties, and Toji Leon is not liable for loss arising from
its use. Nothing in this licence excludes, restricts or modifies rights,
guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any
applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
